Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll fix it! Just contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of it with our print partner.

We submit all replacement requests through our printer (Printify) and are happy to help resolve any rare issues.

Brezzey’s Boutique is a small, teen-run shop using Printify to fulfill all orders. Items are made-to-order and may take 7–12 business days to arrive. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. For any concerns, please contact us directly on Instagram.

- Order Processing & Fulfillment

All of our items are custom-made just for you through our trusted production partner, Printify. This means we begin creating your order as soon as you check out. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive tracking details. Shipping time depends on the destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days after printing.

- Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges (such as for size or color changes). Please double-check sizing guides before placing your order!

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right. Printify will reprint or refund in eligible cases.

Our store is powered by Wix, which uses secure, encrypted checkout technology to protect your personal data. Your payment info is never stored or shared by Brezzey’s G Boutique.
