Welcome to Brezzey’s Shipping & Returns section! Since all items are made-to-order through our print partner Printify, shipping and returns are handled a little differently than traditional stores — but we’re here to make it simple and clear.
All orders are printed and shipped directly by Printify’s production partners. This means that shipping times usually range from 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the item. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Because everything is made just for you, returns and exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or has a printing error. If something’s not right, don’t worry — just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to fix it or send a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll fix it! Just contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of it with our print partner.
We submit all replacement requests through our printer (Printify) and are happy to help resolve any rare issues.
